Welcome!

This section will lead you to the many dimensions which affect people's communication - and most often people are unaware of them.

First you will learn about the basic issues that make intercultural communication something more than communication in general.

Then you can familiarise yourself with some of the fundamental dimensions affecting people's thinking and behaviour, and thus also communication.

Following that you can find out about the underlying factors affecting our verbal and non-verbal communication.

You will also briefly learn about selected problems/thresholds in ic-communication.

Finally, as more practical information, there are some tips for using "clear speak" and for conducting smooth negotiations and meetings.
